GREAT hang out....even before the show Friends and starbucks or coffee bean, there was a little coffee place where you can go for a good hang out or read a book called Coffee Cartel. The place is not like your average starbucks but like the coffee shop called "Central Perks" in Friends. This is the place to hang out on a hot summer day. Book shelves with sofas rather than chairs (which they also do have some of) and nothing less than a great time and relaxation. 2 blocks from the beach and great people with various entertainment throughout the week.
