Our standard water heater leaked and we quickly received a few estimates for tankless. The last diagnostic call we made was to National Plumbing and we are so happy we called! National Plumbing did a TREMENDOUS job. Tony, the owner, has years of experience and this is evident. The estimate was clear and extremely reasonable. The work was exceptionally good - precise, orderly, and very knowledgeable.
My next door neighbor gave me Tony's business card after my husband had already called in a plumber who did not know how to properly replace a sewer. After I finally convinced my husband to call National Plumbing, he was glad he did because we got an appointment the next morning. The job was fast, clean, and the guy was extremely friendly!
They didn't play the usual annoying games where they give you a low price over the phone and then jack it up when they come to your house. The guys were respectful and work oriented and clean most importantly. We are very happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone.
Nice guy, knew a lot about plumbing. I guess you have to know a lot to be a plumber. We had a weird problem, it was actually our outside drains that were not clearing after the rains. We snaked it all the way out to the street, and it was the tree roots.
Well that's something every plumber can do, so why am I writing here, well because all this was taking place while it was raining. If it kept flooding my backyard, the water would of come into the house.
Ok, I have used plumbers before, and really all they did was to unblock my toilet few times. Then "everything hit the fan" the whole house got flooded because my toilet was backed up. (again). Well this time no one could just unblock it and it turned out "sewer drain needed to be repaired or replaced".
Well I called all of the plumbers that had worked on my house, and I got quotes from $6000 to $8000. WOW. Are you keeding me!!! I was almost going to get a porta-potty and live in my RV.
Then a friend suggested I call Tony at National Plumbing.
We I won't tell you what his price was, because that would not be fair, but it was way lower then the lowest price quoted.
They did the job right, cleaned and replaced everything that was needed. They were professional, courteous and the most important they gave me a 30 year warranty on the job.
